All these terms mean different things, but all of them are needed in our everyday lives. Each and every person deserves to learn and understand how to their body in a way that is enjoyable, effective, and safe. I have worked with clients of many types, with many different goals and motivators, but the one thing they have in common is that they learn new, better ways to move. If people enjoy the activities they are doing, they are much more likely to succeed in sustaining them. With so many pros to being active, people need to hop on board! Being physically active not only increases quality of life, but it can also help people to become empowered to take control and live life to the fullest.
